1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Digital products (eBooks, software, downloads, etc.)
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

2. Categories Covered

Power Bank, Smart Watch, Type-C Cable, Wireless Pods

  • Return accepted within 7 days for manufacturing defects or wrong item received.
  • Must be returned in original condition with all accessories and packaging.
  • For issues like physical damage on arrival, a photo or video proof is required within 48 hours of delivery.

Books

  • Return only accepted for damaged or misprinted copies.
  • Must notify us within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence.

Digital Products

  • All sales are final.
  • No refunds or exchanges will be provided for digital downloads once delivered.
  • If there is a technical issue, please contact support and we will work to resolve it.

3. Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
